The longer I do @crossfit the more emphasis Ive put into warm ups and quality work. Every day on my programs includes a warm up like this one:
-
Warm Up-couch stretch, pigeon stretch, squat hold (1 min each side),
2 rounds of
0:20 sec L Sit Hang
10 Goblet tempo squat (w hip circle)
0:15 sec L-Sit
10 KB Hip Shifts (each)
Then,
3 x 20 Hamstring Curls
Before getting into strength and a workout for the morning
